Is gas refill included in the price?
No. The visit covers diagnosis and servicing. If gas is genuinely low, the technician shows you the gauge reading and quotes the refill separately before proceeding.
Will my walls or floor get dirty?
The technician uses a jet-pump service bag that collects all water and dirt from the indoor unit, so the wall and floor stay clean.
How long does a service take?
A standard split-AC service takes about 45–60 minutes per unit. Repairs depend on the fault found during diagnosis.
How often should I service my AC?
Once before every summer at minimum; twice a year if you run it heavily or live in a dusty area. It keeps cooling efficient and power bills lower.
