Every visit uses a fresh single-use kit unsealed in front of you. Reusable tools are sterilised between clients, and wax is never reused.
Can I request a specific brand?
Mention it in the booking notes. If the beautician can carry it, they will; otherwise they will suggest the closest equivalent before starting.
How much space do I need?
A well-lit spot with a power socket and roughly 6x6 ft is enough. The professional brings the sheet and covers.
What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
Tell the beautician up front. They will do a patch test and switch to a milder product range where needed.
